Institute rules differ, so we plan around yours
Each graduate institute sets its own format, similarity and submission rules. A few examples from the universities’ official documents:
- Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU): the originality (Turnitin) report is part of the defence application, which is due at least 15 days before a master’s defence and 30 days before a PhD defence. AI-generated content may not exceed 20% of the thesis word count.
- Near East University (NEU): Turnitin similarity may not exceed 15% excluding quotations and 30% including quotations. Margins are 4 cm on the left and 2.5 cm elsewhere, with 1.5 line spacing and APA 7.
- Cyprus International University (CIU): total Turnitin similarity may not exceed 20%, and no single source may exceed 2%. The final thesis is uploaded as a Word file for a two-stage format check that can take at least 15 days.

The fee depends on your academic level, your current draft, your method and analysis needs, the number of sessions and your timeline. The first assessment is free, and the scope, deliverables and fee are agreed in writing before work starts.
What should I prepare for the first call?
Your university and programme, research topic, current stage, target date and, if available, your institute’s thesis guidelines. If you have data, we first agree which files are needed before you share anything containing personal information.
Will my supervisor’s feedback be taken into account?
Yes. Your official supervisor’s and institute’s feedback comes first in the work plan; external consultancy never replaces that relationship.
Can the whole process be done online?
Yes. With file and screen sharing, annotated feedback and one-to-one sessions, the whole consultancy process can run online.
